If you can laugh with the way you right your article then maybe the judges will to. or you can take your article to your friends and family and ask them to read it. Check out their reactions. 3. Make your article or answer precise.

Some online writing contest will ask you to provide a 50 word answer for the question but if you can answer it with 25 words then you should. You don’t have to reach the limit, its not a requirement. Just don’t add nonsense words to your entry to make it long, it may dilute your message.

4. Proofread your entry.

Yes, you should check your entry for any online writing contest you will join. Check out the technical aspects like grammar, punctuation marks, spelling, capitalization etc.

5. Submit your entry.

What’s the purpose of joining an online writing contest if you will not submit your entry right? So make sure after finishing all the things mentione above that you submit your piece afterwards. Take the opportunity!
