Ever since, the unfortunate learjet crash on September 19, 2008 - DJ AM returned to spinning records last night at the grand re-opening of the landmark Hollywood Palladium in a show headlined by Jay-Z.  DJ AM aka Adam Goldstein and his pal Travis Barker had survived the crash with injuries and 4 colleagues dead.

“DJ AM was fantastic, the best I’ve ever seen him, and the crowd was cheering so hard for him,” said a concertgoer.

During the show, Jay-Z summoned the crowd to “Make some noise for DJ AM and Travis Barker” and offered a quick “rest in peace” to the victims who died in the Sept. 19 Learjet crash. “We’re going to party hard tonight for them,” added Jay-Z.
The concert brought out a star-studded crowd of celebrities including Ellen Pompeo, Jonah Hill, 90210’s Tristan Wilds, Ugly Betty’s Freddy Rodriguez, Hayden Panettiere, Nicky Hilton and David Katzenberg, Donald Faison and girlfriend Cacee Cobb, Rodrigo Santoro, No Doubt’s Tony Kanal, Will.I.Am, Michael Rapaport, Sanaa Lathan, Cheech Marin, and Wayans brothers Damon, Marlon and Shawn.

And they really party hard last night!
